These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our professional services, information products, and goods (collectively, the "Services"). By engaging with LexEntra, you agree to these terms.

2.1 Professional Legal Services

LexEntra provides tailored enterprise legal guidance, representation, and document drafting. Engagements are arranged on a case by case basis, and deliverables are defined in a separate engagement letter or proposal.

2.2 Information Products

Our information products include digital manuals, reports, and toolkits. Access is granted electronically upon purchase, and delivery is via email or client portal.

2.3 Physical Goods

We may offer printed materials, branded items, and related merchandise. Items are shipped from our office in Bern, Switzerland to the address you provide.

3. Refund and Reimbursement Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction. This section details eligibility and procedures for reimbursements across our offerings.

3.1 Professional Legal Services

Clients may cancel scheduled services up to 48 hours before the agreed start time. In such cases, a full reimbursement of amounts paid will be issued. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at our contact form at least 48 hours in advance to arrange an alternate date. Certain bespoke engagements involving third-party coordination or non-reversible work are not eligible for reimbursement. Such non-reimbursable services will be clearly noted in your engagement agreement due to the bespoke nature and immediate resource allocation.

3.2 Information Products

Purchases of digital manuals and toolkits may be eligible for reimbursement if requested within 14 days of access and provided that no downloads or copies have been made. To request a reimbursement, submit a request via our contact form. Approved reimbursement amounts will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

3.3 Physical Goods

If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 7 days of delivery using our contact form. Upon approval, please ship the item back in its original condition. Reimbursable amounts will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the item. You are responsible for shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

4. Payment Terms

All fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed. We accept credit card payments and bank transfer. Details will be provided on the invoice.

5. Amendments

LexEntra reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes will take effect upon posting to our website.
